Perfume, lotion, hairspray, and household cleaners will break down PVD coating and tarnish brass. Always put jewelry on last.
No Sweat
Remove before workouts, swimming, or showering. Sweat and chlorine accelerate wear on both PVD surfaces and brass.

Periodic gentle cleaning restores shine. Use mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth — never abrasive materials.

For highly specialized designs—specifically our Projection Jewelry and Rotating Name Necklaces—we use solid brass for its intricate mechanical capabilities.

How to Clean
Once every few weeks, or whenever your pieces need a refresh.
Prepare
Fill a small bowl with warm water and a drop of mild, phosphate-free dish soap. Have a soft microfiber cloth ready.
Soak & Soft Brush
Submerge for 2–3 minutes. Gently brush with a soft-bristled baby toothbrush to remove buildup. For brass pieces, skip the soak.
Rinse & Dry
Rinse under clean running water. Pat completely dry with a lint-free cloth. Note: Keep water away from the lens of any projection jewelry.

Store It Right

Unlike standard gold plating, Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) bonds the gold to the stainless steel at a molecular level. With proper care, your PVD jewelry can maintain its vibrant gold finish for years without fading or chipping.
Will PVD stainless steel tarnish or rust?
No, our 304 Stainless Steel base is highly resistant to rust, oxidation, and corrosion. The PVD coating provides an extra layer of protection, ensuring your piece won't tarnish like cheap alloys.
Can I shower with my jewelry on?
While PVD Stainless Steel is water-resistant, we recommend removing jewelry before showering. Hot water and shampoos can leave a dull film. For our brass pieces, keep them strictly away from water.
How do I clean the lens on my Projection Jewelry?
To keep your hidden photo clear, gently wipe the front and back of the projection stone with a dry, soft microfiber cloth. Never submerge projection jewelry in water as it can permanently blur the photo.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes! The vast majority of our collection is made from 304 Stainless Steel, which is an excellent, safe choice for sensitive skin and is nickel-free.
Will this turn my skin green?
Our PVD Stainless Steel pieces will never turn your skin green. Our specialized brass pieces are skin-safe, but keeping them clean and dry prevents any natural reaction with skin acidity.
