The Delivery Formula

Here is exactly how we calculate when your piece will arrive at your door:

Part 1: Crafting

This is the time our skilled artisans take to create your unique piece from scratch, including designing, cutting, polishing, and expert plating.

  • Standard Production 10 - 15 business days
  • Peak Season Production 15 - 18 business days
    (e.g., Holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Black Friday. We recommend ordering early during these times.)

Part 2: Shipping

Once your order passes our final quality assurance check, it's packaged with care and sent on its way. Times vary based on your location.

  • USA & Canada* 7 - 14 business days
  • Other Countries 11 - 24 business days
*Canada: Shipments may experience extended delays due to potential postal service disruptions beyond our control.

**Please note: Stated timeframes do not account for delays caused by customs, severe weather, or carrier issues.

Address Accuracy & Split Shipments

Please double-check your address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.

To ensure the highest quality, our personalized jewelry and Kids' Toys are crafted in dedicated, specialized workshops. If your order contains both jewelry and toys, they will ship in separate packages and may arrive on different days. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

Important Order Policies

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

During Transit: If your package is lost or damaged by the carrier, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim.

After Delivery: Responsibility for the package transfers to the customer once the tracking information shows "Delivered." Haye Nii is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after a confirmed delivery. We recommend ensuring you have a secure location for your deliveries.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs processing can also cause additional delays beyond our standard transit times.

Service Disruptions & Uncontrollable Delays

Haye Nii is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Postal or courier service strikes or work slowdowns
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or border closures
  • Pandemic-related service limitations
  • Carrier operational failures or network disruptions

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. These rates are subject to change without notice due to carrier pricing updates.
