Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on our website anytime. While most shipping partners provide tracking, we cannot guarantee tracking availability in every case.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility:
IMPORTANT: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including apartment numbers, postal codes, and recipient names. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once we ship your order to the address you provided:
- If tracking shows "delivered" to the correct address, the carrier has fulfilled their delivery obligation
- We cannot be held responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after successful delivery confirmation
- For packages requiring reshipment due to address errors, additional shipping charges will apply
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
During Transit: If your package is lost or damaged while in carrier possession, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll assist with carrier claims and work toward a resolution.
After Delivery: Once tracking confirms delivery to your provided address, Haye Nii is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen, or damaged. We strongly recommend:
- Being available to receive packages
- Using a secure delivery location
- Requesting signature confirmation if available in your area
- Contacting your carrier directly for delivery-related inquiries
International Shipping & Customs:
For international orders:
- Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
- Some countries may restrict certain jewelry materials - please check local regulations
- Refused packages will be returned at customer expense

Haye Nii cannot accept liability for delays or non-delivery caused by:

Peak Season Notice:
During high-volume periods (November-January, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), both processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early during these periods.
Shipping Rate Changes:
Shipping rates are based on order value, item quantity, and destination. Rates are subject to change without notice due to carrier pricing updates or fuel surcharges.
