At Haye Nii, we take pride in crafting unique, high-quality jewelry that reflects your individual style. We stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to enjoy your custom piece for years to come. This warranty policy outlines our commitment to you and the terms of our guarantee.

Warranty Coverage

  1. Duration: Haye Nii provides a 90-day limited warranty on all custom jewelry pieces from the date of delivery confirmation (as shown by tracking).
  2. What's Covered:
    • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal wear conditions
    • Issues with stone settings (e.g., stones becoming loose due to faulty setting work)
    • Broken clasps or fastenings due to manufacturing defects
    • Significant tarnishing beyond normal expectations for the metal type under proper care
    • Structural failures in the piece due to manufacturing defects
  3. Remedy: For valid warranty claims, Haye Nii will, at our sole discretion:
    • Repair the item at no cost to you (excluding shipping)
    • Replace the item with one of equal specifications and value
    • Offer store credit for the original purchase price (minus original shipping costs)

Warranty Exclusions

The following are NOT covered under this warranty:

  1. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
    • Minor scratches from regular use
    • Natural patina development
    • Gradual loosening of settings over time
    • Fading or color changes due to skin chemistry
  2. Accidental damage, including but not limited to:
    • Scratches, dents, chips, or other impact damage
    • Chemical damage from exposure to harsh substances, cleaning products, perfumes, lotions, or chlorine
    • Heat damage from saunas, hot tubs, or direct flame
    • Damage from sports, exercise, or physical activities
  3. Misuse or negligence:
    • Damage resulting from improper use, care, or storage
    • Failure to follow provided care instructions
    • Sleeping, showering, or swimming while wearing jewelry
  4. Third-party modifications:
    • Alterations or repairs made by anyone other than Haye Nii
    • Damage resulting from third-party modifications
    • Changes in ring size after initial delivery (resize requests)
  5. Natural characteristics and variations:
    • Natural characteristics of gemstones (inclusions, color variations, natural fractures)
    • Variations in handcrafted items
    • Color differences between photos and actual items due to monitor settings
  6. Plating and surface treatments:
    • Plating wear on gold-plated, rose-gold-plated, or silver-plated items
    • Oxidation or darkening of silver items
    • Wear of protective coatings or finishes
  7. External factors:
    • Loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance of jewelry
    • Damage during customer shipping to us
    • Items damaged due to incorrect sizing information provided by customer

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Initial Contact: Contact us at info@hayenii.com within the 90-day warranty period.
  2. Required Information: Provide:
    • Your order number
    • Clear, high-resolution photos of the issue from multiple angles
    • Detailed description of the problem and when it occurred
    • Proof of delivery date
  3. Review Process: Our team will review your claim and respond within 5-7 business days.
  4. Return Authorization: If approved, we'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending the item back.
  5. Inspection: Upon receipt, we'll inspect the item within 10 business days to confirm the warranty claim.
  6. Resolution: Based on our inspection, we'll proceed with repair, replacement, or store credit as determined by us.

Important Terms & Conditions

  • Non-transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
  • Shipping Responsibility: All shipping costs for warranty claims (both to and from our facility) are the customer's responsibility.
  • Insurance Requirement: Items shipped to us for warranty claims must be properly packaged and insured by the customer.
  • Inspection Rights: Haye Nii reserves the right to inspect all items before honoring warranty claims.
  • Final Decision: Haye Nii's determination of warranty coverage is final and binding.
  • One-Time Warranty: Each item is covered by warranty only once. Repaired or replaced items are not eligible for additional warranty coverage.
  • No Consequential Damages: Haye Nii is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item.
