Warranty Coverage

1. Duration: HayeNii provides a 90-day limited warranty on all custom jewelry pieces from the date of delivery.
2. What's Covered:
   • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
   • Issues with stone settings (e.g., loose stones)
   • Broken clasps or fastenings
   • Tarnishing beyond normal expectations for the metal type
3. Remedy: For valid warranty claims, HayeNii will, at our discretion:
   • Repair the item at no cost to you
   • Replace the item with one of equal value
   • Offer store credit for the original purchase price

Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

1. Normal wear and tear
2. Accidental damage, including but not limited to:
   • Scratches, dents, or other impact damage
   • Chemical damage from exposure to harsh substances
   • Heat damage
3. Loss or theft of the jewelry
4. Damage resulting from improper use, care, or storage
5. Alterations or repairs made by anyone other than HayeNii
6. Changes in ring size after initial sizing
7. Natural characteristics of gemstones (e.g., inclusions, color variations)
8. Plating wear on gold-plated, rose-gold-plated silver-plated items

How to Make a Claim

1. Contact us at info@hayenii.com within the warranty period.
2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue, including photos.
3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.
4. If approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back to us for inspection and repair/replacement.

Additional Terms

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
• HayeNii reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the terms of this warranty.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
