1. Personalized Jewelry Warranty

Our 90-day warranty specifically covers the integrity of our materials against significant, premature tarnishing that occurs under normal wear and proper care.
❌ What is Not Covered (Jewelry)
- Broken chains, clasps, or components due to pulling/tugging.
- Loose or lost stones.
- Scratches, dents, or bending from accident or misuse.
- Normal plating wear over time.
- Damage from chemicals, swimming, or sleeping in jewelry.
Note: We do not offer a paid repair service. For issues not covered under warranty (like a broken chain), we recommend consulting a local jeweler.
2. Kids Toys & Learning Products Warranty

Your product is protected for 90 days against manufacturing defects present upon arrival. This includes:
- Cracks or structural splits in the wood.
- Significant splintering is present upon unboxing.
- Errors in the engraving.
❌ What is Not Covered (Toys)
Our toys are made for play! Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal use or accidents. This includes:
- Scratches, dents, or scuffs from being dropped.
- Damage caused by exposure to water or other liquids.
- Stains from pens, paint, or sensory materials (like dough or slime).
- Natural variations in wood grain/color.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item (Jewelry or Toy) has a covered defect, please follow these steps within the 90-day warranty period:

- Provide Details: Include your full name, order number, and clear photos of the issue.
- Await Review: Our team will review your claim and respond within 5-7 business days with a solution.
Important: All Sales Are Final
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any of our products.
- For Jewelry: Because every piece is custom-made with your specific names/photos, it cannot be restocked.
- For Kids Toys: Due to the hands-on nature of children's products, we cannot accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
