    Is it gold or gold-plated?
    Gold-plated. It is stainless steel with 18K gold PVD plating: a thin, hard layer of gold colour bonded to the steel, not gold all the way through.

    Each piece is covered for 90 days from delivery against significant fading or tarnish.

    Not covered: broken chains or clasps, lost stones, scratches, dents or bending, normal wear of the plating, and damage from chemicals, swimming or sleeping in the piece.

    To make a claim, email info@hayenii.com with your order number, a clear photo and a short video. Every piece is made for you, so all sales are final.
