Is it gold or gold-plated?
Gold-plated. It is stainless steel with 18K gold PVD plating: a thin, hard layer of gold colour bonded to the steel, not gold all the way through. The silver option is stainless steel with silver PVD plating.
How big is the name?
You choose the height: 1, 1.5, 2 or 2.5 cm. The width depends on the name, so longer names are wider.
Which language can I use?
Any language. Type the name exactly as you want it, in the letters of that language. We make it the way you type it, so please check every letter.

Each piece is covered for 90 days from delivery against significant fading or tarnish.
Not covered: broken chains or clasps, lost stones, scratches, dents or bending, normal wear of the plating, and damage from chemicals, swimming or sleeping in the piece.
To make a claim, email info@hayenii.com with your order number, a clear photo and a short video. Every piece is made for you, so all sales are final.
