Gold-plated. It is stainless steel with 18K gold PVD plating: a thin, hard layer of gold colour bonded to the steel, not gold all the way through. The rose gold option has 18K rose gold plating. The silver option is stainless steel with silver PVD plating.

Each circle is a different colour: gold, rose gold and silver.
