An initial necklace in your language: one to five rectangular tags, each engraved with one letter in Punjabi (Gurmukhi), Hindi, Urdu, English or another script. On a box chain. Handmade to order, in 18K gold or silver plating.

Questions
Is it gold or gold-plated?
Gold-plated. It is stainless steel with 18K gold PVD plating: a thin, hard layer of gold colour bonded to the steel, not gold all the way through. The silver option is stainless steel with silver PVD plating.
How do I type a Punjabi or Hindi letter?
Type the letter itself in that script, for example ਸ or स. We engrave it exactly as you type it, so please check it before you order.
How many tags can I choose?
One to five. After you pick the number of tags, a box appears for each initial.

Every piece is made to order. In busy seasons (holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Black Friday) making takes 15–18 business days. Times do not include customs or weather delays.

Each piece is covered for 90 days from delivery against significant fading or tarnish.
Not covered: broken chains or clasps, lost stones, scratches, dents or bending, normal wear of the plating, and damage from chemicals, swimming or sleeping in the piece.
To make a claim, email info@hayenii.com with your order number, a clear photo and a short video. Every piece is made for you, so all sales are final.
