How big is it?
The round plate is 8 cm across. The black thread hangs 10 cm. The curb chain is 20 cm in total, so it also hangs 10 cm, and it has a 5 cm extender.
What goes on the back?
The back is engraved too. You choose a design for it: the same as the front, or a different one.
Can I use my own design?
Yes. Choose "My Own Design" and upload a clear photo, drawing or the name written out. We engrave it as it is, as closely as we can. We don't change or fix uploaded pictures, so please check the spelling first. For the same picture on both sides, upload it for the front and the back.
Is it real gold?
No. It is stainless steel with a gold plated finish, not gold all the way through.
How do I keep it shiny?
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Keep cleaning sprays and perfume off it.

Every piece is made to order. In busy seasons (holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Black Friday) making takes 15–18 business days. Times do not include customs or weather delays.

Each piece is covered for 90 days from delivery against significant fading or tarnish.
Not covered: broken chains or clasps, lost stones, scratches, dents or bending, normal wear of the plating, and damage from chemicals, swimming or sleeping in the piece.
To make a claim, email info@hayenii.com with your order number, a clear photo and a short video. Every piece is made for you, so all sales are final.
